The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on 'click here to give' for free (pink window in the middle).

Thanks to all the players and sponsors, the 14th Annual Golf Tournament held on June 14th at Mill Valley Golf Links in Belchertown was a huge success! Kudos to the Zontians and many supporters for a job well done. Profits will be spent on worthwhile projects that make a difference.

Members of the Zonta Club of Quaboag Valley raised over $3,000 to support Cancer Research at this year's Relay for Life! Pictured here (left to right), are Joanne Turner-Chiacchia, Marge Cavanaugh, Louise Laroque, Ann Cormier, Debbie Wood and Dianne Kidd, this year's fundraising chairman. 


 

   

Kathleen Norbut Conley receives the 2006 Founders Day Award from ZQV President Christine Gerl and then a citation from Senator Steve Brewer for her work on behalf of women and children victims of Domestic Violence.  11/06

Mary Knight, as conference delegate, gave an overview of the Fall District I Conference; and District Governor Lynn Goodhue explained the significance of the Governor’s Award and congratulated the Zonta Club of Quaboag Valley for earning the award for the 2nd year in a row.   11/06
