The Zonta Club of Quaboag Valley will hold its 4th Annual Siilent “no more!” Auction – Because victims need to be heard – on May 7, 2012 6pm at the Ludlow Country Club, Ludlow, MA. Please note that this is the 1ST Monday of the month. The event is held annually to raise awareness and funds for projects aimed at stopping violence against women and children.
Beneficiaries this year will be announced shortly.
Past recipients have included Womanshelter Companeras, WestMass Elder Care, local chapters of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Massachusetts Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children; Bullying Awareness/Prevention programs at Palmer High School and Pathfinder Regional; and Domestic Violence Taskforces serving Palmer, Ware, Warren and surrounding communities.
